We have an opportunity for a Personal Multi-Line Account Manager in our Brimfield Office to implement, service and manage the insurance needs of our personal and commercial lines clients. Put your skills, knowledge and energy to work supporting our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a book of personal and commercial lines requiring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and broad knowledge in Property, Casualty, Auto, E&O, +more…
• Quote, propose and write Personal Lines insurance products.
• Counsel and advise clients on exposures/risks and offer insurance solutions to meet their needs. Regularly engage with clients to develop, nurture, and retain long-term relationships.
• Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
• Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
• Consistently assess new business opportunities and cross sell as needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales, retention and growth goals and objectives.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree or Military experience desired
• 2-3 years or more of insurance industry experience related to servicing personal lines accounts
• A current Mass. Property and Casualty Insurance license or the ability to successfully obtain. CIC, CPCU or other insurance designations are desirable but not required.
• A high energy and outgoing personality with excellent communication and technology skills.
• Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office. Experience using Applied EPIC is desired
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Established relationships with seasoned insurance brokers desired

Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.

• Participate in our proactive account renewal process.

• Claim intake, reporting and follow up.

• Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.

• Input client-initiated policy changes.

• Collaborate and engage with all our team members to provide superior customer service.

We are looking for:

Required-

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.

Preferred-

• College Degree, and or Military experience.
• Insurance service or sales experience.
